How to Enable the ShipAid Order Editing Widget

There are two easy ways to activate the widget on your store.
Option 1: Enable via Theme Editor
Best for merchants who want direct control over their Online Store themes.
- In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
- Choose the theme you want to edit and click Customize.
- At the top dropdown, select Checkout and new customer accounts.
- Navigate to either the Thank You page or Order Status page.
- On the left sidebar, click Add Block.
- Choose ShipAid Order Edit from the block options.
- Configure any preferences, then click Save.

Option 2: Enable via Settings > Checkout
Best for teams working directly from Shopify’s core settings.
- In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Checkout.
- Scroll to Checkout customization and click Customize.
- Use the dropdown to select the Thank You or Order Status page.
- Click Add Block on the left panel.
- Select ShipAid Order Edit.
- Adjust the settings to your store’s workflow.
- Click Save to finalize changes.
